Animals Point of View

Most of us own pets and at some point in time have tried to train them in certain ways. But we have never thought how it would be if the animals tried to train their human masters according to their own needs. Say, a cat, for example, may want its owner to feed it at 5 oclock in the morning and can train its user to do so by ceasing to howl the moment its owner sets her bowl of food onto the floor. Since the digestive system of a cat functions at a regular time, it needs its food at regular intervals of time and thus, needs to get its owners attention so that it is fed at fixed schedules. If it feels any pain it might misbehave with its owner, like littering in the house instead of outside, so that the master takes notice of it and associated littering with pain.

It is a natural tendency of cats to scratch anywhere possible and if its master does not realize this fact, the cat could scratch a specific area, like a counter, to make him realize this and train him. Thereafter, whenever the cat does so the master can simply put out scratching posts for the cat. If the cat wants to play at a certain time, say in the evening, it might start to act mischievously in the presence of its master and make him realize that it is his playtime. By doing so the cat may force its master to sit down with it, cuddle it a bit, and play with it. The cat might not want to use the litter box if it finds it too dirty and to make its owner realize this it might urinate right inside the house. This may be a way to train its user to clean the litter box on a daily basis by scooping out all the waste and replacing it with fresh litter. If the owner does not give the cat water it may train him by meowing and howling till it gets the owners attention and he gets the cat water.

If the cat wants its owner to praise it more often and reward it, it may simply roll on the floor nonstop till it gets the attention of the owner. This way it can train the owner to associate its rolling with love and affection. Some cats have a very shy nature and thus, do not like to socialize with other humans, except for the family members. But its owner may want to show it off to other people by commanding it to do certain tricks in front of them. So, if the cat wants to make its owner realize that this is not acceptable by it, it can act in a fidgeting manner making the owner realize that it is not comfortable doing so. Not only do the animals need to train according to the owners requirements but sometimes even the owners need training by the animals so that they take good care of their pets.
