Financial Growth of Labedo Berries

For over three years, Labedo Berries has experienced steady financial growth owing to its customer retention policies and comprehensive management; however, the shareholders felt the need to expand its services across Europe. Labedo Berries is a family enterprise that collects high quality, perfectly ripe strawberries from farmers; the berries are dipped in a mouthwatering semisweet chocolate blend, bringing the berries to a test of pure perfection. According to Carberry et al. (2019), the three main information systems for the business include:

  1. Sales and marketing information system. This has assisted the franchise in identifying customers, developing services to meet customer demands, and sales processes such as contacting clients and taking orders.
  2. The finance and accounting information system has also enabled the business to monitor its financial assets and fund flows.
  3. The human resources information system has also been essential to the franchise since it helps retain employee records, training, job performance, employee skills, and support planning for employee compensation.

The businesss transactional data will describe the businesss production activities, purchases, invoices, returns, payments, and firing and recruiting employees, debits, signups, and reservations. In starting up a new wing, the business will need 14 employees in every station. In ensuring that the customer satisfaction and quality is achieved and with no waiting hours for clients making an order, the management will be liable to come up with a duty roster to guide employees on shift. Each employee will be provided with a list of ethical and logical concerns that address the areas, as shown in the table 1 below.

Ethical Concerns Logical Concerns
Discrimination in the Workplace Excessive trust in client-side controls
Unsafe Working Conditions Failing to handle unconventional input
