School staff often try to listen to each student and find out what they do not like about the school or what could be improved. There are certain expected behaviors from students and staff, such as courtesy and discipline. All school members must follow the ethics rules for better coexistence and cooperation. Students can often participate in organizing events or specific rules that can benefit the public spirit. However, students cannot develop guides, programs, or expectations. Emotional and social skills are sharpened as learning involves constant interaction with classmates and teamwork.
